In keeping with our holiday tradition, we made faux gingerbread houses. The kids have been looking forward to it for days. Mark and Stephanie were able to join us.

The little gingerbread men on the roof are actually "roofers". Poor Collin's little house kept falling in, so we covered it in glue (icing) and put multiple layers of roofing on.
Yes, this is one of the areas where Lee acts like a kid. He had agreat time, making a "slate roof" with candy.
